Cancellation Policy
I charge a 100% cancellation fee for any no-shows or cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment.
Please arrive to your appointment on time.
5 minutes late is understandable but after 10 mins your appointment will be cancelled and you will be charged 100% for the service.
Starting appointments late results in me being late for the next client. I take pride in respecting your time and the next client after you. Deposits are non-refundable.
